Balicki

The Rev. John A. Balicki of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Waterville recently delivered the opening prayer in the House chamber.

He was welcomed to the State House by Reps. Thomas Longstaff, D-Waterville, and Stanley Short Jr., D-Pittsfield.
