PITTSTON – Marie Ann Webb, 65, of Pittston, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, at her home. She was born in Biddeford on Sept. 26, 1956, the daughter of Andrew and Lorraine (Livernois) Durisko.
Marie grew up in Lisbon Falls and joined the Air Force after high school. She worked in various jobs throughout the years, including customer service at Reny’s, greenhouse assistant at Law’s nursery and several other jobs done while she supported her family as a stay-at-home mom.
She spent many years volunteering at the food pantry (Chrysalis Place) in Gardiner. She loved her church family in which she was very involved for the majority of her life.
Marie loved her animals, gardening, photography, the ocean, trips with family; the family camp in Sidney was her favorite place and she had many family reunions there.
Marie was greatly known for her generosity and her giving nature. She was always willing to assist and was first to respond to someone in need.
She is survived by her husband Ronald G. Webb; two children, Joshua and Wendy Webb and their children Noah and Juliet; and Melissa and Ivan Ambrose and their kids Kaleb, Emmet and Ada; two brothers, Mark and his wife Pam Durisko, and Matt and his wife Sheila Durisko.
Visiting hours will be Monday, Oct. 11, at the First Baptist Church of Gardiner from 4-7 p.m. where a funeral will be held Tuesday, Oct. 12, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Gardiner.
