WAYNE – Emily Ann Bryant-Roberts of Wayne, Maine, born on December 28, 1966, passed over to her heavenly home on January 20, 2022, just after her 55th birthday.And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm, and steadfast. 1 Peter 5:10Emily was blessed with and is survived by five children, William Roberts of Dover-Foxcroft, Jonathan Roberts of Sanford, North Carolina, Michael Roberts of Oakland, Nicolas Roberts of Augusta, and Amanda Roberts of Fairfield and their spouses.Sarah and Brianna, Mason and Quinn, Benjamin, and Caleb graced her with grand motherhood.Emily is also survived by her parents, Margaret True Bryant, and James Bryant of Wayne and her two older siblings, Susan Pluess-Bryant of Vitznau, Switzerland and William Bryant of Mount Vernon, Maine and their spouses.Emily attended Wayne Elementary School and later Maranacook High School graduating with the Class of ‘84.She was a skilled EMT, esteemed by her colleagues. She was instrumental in saving lives. Emily later worked in mental health care.Her generous spirit was an inspiration for others. She loved giving, ever so thoughtful! She had a heart of gold!Her kind soul was a treasure. She was a safe haven, and her manner was gentle.She was a homemaker, creating nests of comfort for her family and loved ones.Her baking skills were infamous. Her chocolate chip cookies were unrivaled.She had a bright sense of humor with a laugh we shall always remember.She enjoyed traveling, watching football and a bit of ‘bling’.Her comportment was that of a lady, gracious.Her faith in God was her strength.In the face of illness, her hope remained in God.We will sorely miss Emily, our daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend.Our family circle has been broken and so are we, broken-hearted.We love you, Emily, Mom, Gram(cracker)!Emily is also survived by her former husband, William Roberts of Fairfield.The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end,They are new every morning, great is your faithfulness.
