Kennebec County’s fiscal operations and policies regarding county jails, sheriffs, dispatch and the Registry of Deeds are overseen by county commissioners. Charlotte Warren has served residents of Kennebec County in many roles (city councilor, mayor, legislator) ably and firmly for years. She knows her constituents personally, listens, works collaboratively and is an effective team builder. All her prior experience and training make her a stellar candidate for county commissioner.

I have been gratified to see all that Charlotte has become and accomplished since first meeting her as a high school student in Gardiner in 1986. Her intelligence, drive, devotion to task, enthusiasm, willingness to help, and curiosity were clear even then.
