As the Winslow Town Council election approaches, I would like to thank all the candidates that have joined the Town Council races. No matter who you vote for, the most important thing is that everyone votes.
Over the last couple of years, Winslow Town Council has made many tough decisions. Those decisions, although difficult and not without sacrifice, have set Winslow on a path to future success.
Upcoming priority issues that the Town Council will face include Chaffee Brook pumping station upgrades, sewer line installations across the Kennebec River, upgrades of numerous roads, upgrades to sewer, and storm drainage systems alongside the Cushman Road.
As a councilor, over the last couple of years I’ve seen Peter Drapeau and Rocky Gravel address similar issues and make tough decisions that benefited the town of Winslow. I hope you will reelect Peter Drapeau and Rocky Gravel to the Winslow Town Council.
