I am proud to support George Lapointe for mayor of Hallowell, and am grateful for the passion and commitment he has to our city.

George cares about both the downtown and the more rural areas of our city. He knows we have to make targeted investments, but is careful to weigh them against rising property taxes. George is inclusive and collaborative. He listens to stakeholders and strives for consensus. George is kind and supports many community organizations, like the Food Pantry and is very invested in helping immigrant families thrive in central Maine.

George Lapointe is a compassionate and effective leader who is always looking for ways to improve the lives of people in Hallowell and beyond. That’s why he has my vote in Nov. 7.
