During the recent 50 mph wind and rain storm I had a 40-foot tree in my backyard fall over. The roots were not frozen in the ground and the soil was wet, making it easy for the strong winds to topple the tree.

I thought it would be a monumental task to clear the tree but my neighbors came to my rescue the next afternoon. With chainsaws in hand, we all worked together to clear the debris.

It was wonderful to see my neighbors come together to help me and my wife with this task. We would like to thank Jon, Mel, Joe, Tim, Zooey and Autumn for all of their help. It was greatly appreciated.
