A new low for Susan Collins: gaslighting. For anyone not familiar with the term, it’s when someone tells you that they haven’t done or said something that they have, trying to make you think you are going crazy.

Sen. Collins’ response when asked whether she had undermined the judicial system with her comments on Trump’s prosecution being political and her entirely false criticism of Alvin Bragg’s motivation to prosecute Trump for undermining the democratic process, was to deny she had done it.

If that were true, there wouldn’t be so many people in Maine, including many prominent Republicans calling her out for it.

Collins has not once bothered to call out the Supreme Court’s obviously politically motivated decisions in the past several years, but suddenly is concerned about the entirely appropriate prosecution of Trump for undermining the 2016 election. Gutless and shameful.
