Among her many endeavors was baking, especially for church fairs and family. One grandson would request chocolate brownies; one pan for the family and one for him. She happily obliged.

She was predeceased by her husband Harold Pattershall. She is survived by son Alan Pattershall of East Winthrop; two grandsons Bradford and wife Sharon of Freeport, Todd and partner Becca of Readfield; four great granddaughters Eliza, Stella, Sofia and Isla; several nephews, nieces, and grand nephews and nieces.

We wish to thank those who cared for Esther so well at Glenridge Nursing Home in Augusta. You folks were great to her. A heartfelt thanks to two selfless ladies, Susan Bost and Diane Garcell. Esther always lit up when she saw you two. Susan had been with her for many years.

There will be no visiting hours. A graveside service to be held at a later date.
