PORTLAND — The Maine Library Association and League of Women Voters of Maine have partnered to inform and empower voters ahead of the November election.
Libraries and Maine Local League chapters have long worked together to co-host voter registration events, educational programs, and candidate forums. Many libraries promote the league’s online voter information tool, Vote411.org. The collaboration between these organizations aims to expand those connections and generate new resources.
The new resources will be jointly hosted by MLA and LWVME and available to all library and League supporters.
