BETHEL — Professional chef Cathi DiCocco, assisted by her son Graham, is set to present “Eat Well, Live Well: Nutrition for One or Two,” a cooking demonstration followed by a tasting experience, from 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at 125 Main St.
DiCocco will offer practical tips for preparing nutritional meals for one or two, suggest ways to save money with meal planning, and share ideas on how to utilize leftovers.
Admission is free; seating is limited. Reservations are encouraged as seating is limited. RSPV by calling Lynne Zimmerman at 207-595-0780 no later than Wednesday, Oct. 2. All ages are welcome.
