WATERVILLE — UScellular has made a $41,250 donation to Boys & Girls Clubs and YMCA of Greater Waterville (Alfond Youth and Community Center) to support their academic programming and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education for children.
This marks the 10th consecutive year the company has made an investment in the organization, according to a news release from Kelly Cioe with Whalen Public & Media Relations.
The company also offers an After School Access Project, an initiative that provides mobile hotspots and free wireless service to nonprofits supporting youth outside of school hours.
