Kamdyn Conrad scored 13 of his 22 points in the first quarter to help Valley take a 32-point lead and cruise past North Haven in a boys basketball contest Monday in Bingham.
The Cavaliers (6-0) led 36-4 after one period. Nick Cony added 14 points and Caleb Miller 13 for Valley.
Quinton Spence had 12 points for the Hawks (0-4).
MARANACOOK 63, DIRIGO 50: Jack Fontaine scored 37 points to lead the Black Bears (6-3) to a victory over the Cougars (4-5) in Readfield.
Mitchell Maceda scored 12 points, while Grady Hreben added eight points for Maranacook.
Owen Smith led Dirigo with 22 points, while Nathaniel Wainwright added 14 points.
MADISON 54, MONMOUTH 39: The Bulldogs outscored the Mustangs 42-16 in the second half to earn a Class C South victory in Madison.
Ethan Linkletter led the way for Madison (4-4) with 23 points and nine rebounds. Jacob Linkletter added 13 points and Brayden Furbush had 10.
Jacob Harmon scored 12 points and Aiden Oliveira had nine for Monmouth (5-4).
MT. ABRAM 74, OAK HILL 60: Brennan Mitchell and Bryce Wilcox each scored 17 points as the Roadrunners (9-0) beat the Raiders (2-7) in Salem.
Chase Ross added 16 points for Mt. Abram.
Braden Dubuc scored 23 points and Eli Desmond had 15 for Oak Hill.
RICHMOND 65, WISCASSET 64: Zaden Steele made a free throw with 4.6 seconds left to lift the Bobcats (4-2) past the Wolverines (5-2) in Richmond.
Steele finished with 13 points, eight rebounds and four assists for Richmond. Zander Steele added 14 points and 10 rebounds, and Jake Gay had 19 points for the Bobcats.
Landin Shirley poured in 26 points, Alex Richard 14 and Jevar Gerricks 13 for Wiscasset.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
VALLEY 75, NORTH HAVEN 33: The Cavaliers outscored the Hawks 28-0 in the first quarter en route to a decisive East/West Conference victory in Bingham.
Liana Hartwell (15 points, six assists), Delia Hill (14 points), Madeline Hill (12 points, six assists) and Brianna Mills (10 points, eight rebounds) all scored in double figures for Valley (6-0). Rylee Clark added seven points for the Cavaliers.
Elsie Mann scored 15 points and Whitney Newman added 14 for North Haven (0-5).
