WATERVILLE — Mid-Maine Technical Center students competed in the local Skills championships Jan. 30. The championships included 29 individual competitions in technical and leadership skills.

Sixty business and industry representatives from the greater Waterville area served as judges for the 190 students participating. The gold medalist in each competition has qualified to represent Mid-Maine Technical Center at the State SkillsUSA Championships in Bangor, set for Friday, March 14.
