Dianne Priest

FARMINGTON – On Friday Jan. 31, 2025, Dianne Priest passed away with family by her side. Dianne was born Oct. 3, 1947, in Farmington Maine.

She had a smile that made everyone feel loved and welcomed, she had the kindest heart. Some of her greatest joys were spending time with family and friends. Dianne loved to feed the deer and watch them out of her window during the winter days. She enjoyed going for peaceful rides looking for deer, moose and other wildlife. She will be missed dearly. Dianne spent years providing daycare for families and then as a beautician where she worked out of her home, she made many great relationships with the local people during this time.

Dianne was predeceased by her parents, Eleanor Mae O’Dell and John Henry Allen; brothers John Allen Jr., Herbert Allen, Clyde Allen and Richard Allen, sisters Katherine Allen Collins and Barbara Allen, sister-in-law, Ruby Allen; husbands, James Mcketney, William Paine and Donald Priest; special friend, Charles Mathiew.

Dianne is survived by her son, Billy Paine and wife Susan Spiller, daughter, Sandra (Paine) Carlson; grandchildren, Jaime Gerard, Emily and significant other Colby Morin, Nicholas Spiller, Cody and his wife Holly Carlson, Joshua Carlson and Matthew Carlson; great-grandchildren, Bennett Morin and Olivia Morin, and Emma Carlson and Austin Carlson; brother, David Allen, brother, Phillip Allen and wife, Melissa, and sister, Patricia Soule and husband, Barton.

Dianne is also survived by Sarah Cooley, a very special person that cared for Donald and Mom when Donald had his stroke. She kept a close relationship with Mom, giving her great support and help anytime needed.
