RANGELEY — The Lakeside Dance Academy is set to present its annual spring dance concert at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 4-5, at the RFA Lakeside Theater on Main Street.

The evening, to showcase the work of more than 50 dancers of all ages, is sponsored by the Rangeley Friends of the Arts. Its theme is “The Music of QUEEN,” according to a news release from Pam Ellis, artistic director.

Dancers ranging in ability from beginner to advanced will perform in ballet, tap, jazz and en pointe. In the advanced level, the dancers include Mya Gellman, Abby Grant, Joslyn Kennett, Addie Knieser, Mia Lynch, Stella MacFawn, Sarah Kate Murphy, Ana Orazi, Aliyah Reinholt, Ollie Sherrer, Audrey Sutherland and Morghan Webber.

The intermediate level includes Madilyn Charette, Sarita Chavaree, Bella Dutile, Pippa Farrar, Delaney Gage, Emma Haley, Sasha Hines, Lilliana Hjelmstad, Abby Kay, Lydia O’Neil, Ellie Phadungchai, Anah Sutherland, Skyler Thompson, Charlotte Wright and Harper Wright.

The beginner level includes Elizabeth Cameron, Emma Cameron, Olive Clinch, Scarlet Garner, Clara Gurney, Claire Hayden, Seamus Loud and Tenley Philbrick.

The pre-school creative movement class includes the youngest dancers — Isabelle Bacon, Ivy Bacon, Violet Clinch, Mia Dutile, Dylynn Gage, Celia Grierson, Eva Gurney, Bode Loud, Mandy Morton, Charlotte Richards, Mia Sutherland and Loretta Watkin.

There will also be a dance performed by graduates and instructors of the academy.

There will be a reception to celebrate the dancers in the theater lobby after the concert each night. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students 12 and younger.

Reserve seating tickets will be available beginning Friday, March 21, via email to pjellisart@gmail.com. There will be limited seats available at the door.

On performance nights, tickets go on sale at 6 p.m. and doors open at 6:15 p.m.
