Benton man accused of Fairfield murder seeks to have bloody evidence excluded from trial
Raheem Goodwin, 23, of Benton, allegedly killed Edwin Weeks, 62, at his Fairfield home and later disposed of bloody clothing and a knife in a trash container in Skowhegan. His lawyers say the search of the container by police was improper.
